List of Cases settled amicably w.e.f. January 2006 till date
In the last one year at least 33 cases have been settled amicably between the Discoms and the consumers after a petition was filed before the Commission. The Commission in all these cases have facilitated amicable settlement of dispute between the parties. Summary of the cases stated is as follows:-
